• Standard On-Demand Driver: Standard Drivers are 5 to 8 years of experience in professional driving.
• Premium On Demand Driver: Premium drivers have professional experience of more than 8 years.

Duty Schedule

• Full day 8 hours from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm
• Half Day 4 hours from 8:00 am to 10:00 am (Morning Shift) and from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm for the (Evening Shift)
• Consecutive 6 days duty (Friday holiday)

We will provide you with professional and expert drivers on your demand. Our drivers are punctual and very friendly. We prioritize your safety and satisfaction.

Payment:

After service completion, you have to pay through online or Cash on the Delivery system. 

Terms & Conditions

• Booking needs to be confirmed 24 hours before taking service
• Transportation Allowance of BDT 100 per day is included in the mentioned price
• If the driver is taken outside Dhaka then the allowance of BDT 1000 will be applicable if you don’t provide accommodation and food
• For outside the city travel you have to provide transportation allowance if you don’t intend to take the driver back in Dhaka
• You have to pay overtime charges
• BDT 100 per hour up to 10:00 pm
• BDT 200 per hour after 10:00 pm
• Booking needs to confirm a minimum of 2 hours before
• BDT 500 will be added for Emergency Support
• Up to BDT 5000 worth damage coverage included in this service
• You can change scheduled date depending on driver’s availability

Night Shift Service 

• Night shift service starts from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am
• Minimum 4 Hours lead time after service booking
• In excess of BDT 500 will be charged as Emergency Support Service Charge for availing this service at Night Shift period
• Emergency Support Service Charge will be applicable if you cancel driver after confirmation.

Liability:

• Sheba.xyz or its representatives are not liable for any direct or incidental loss or damage of client’s property or personal security during availing the service, caused by accident, theft, burglary or any other type of incidental damages.
• The client is singularly responsible for monitoring, using and supervising the activities of the resource provided by our Service Providers.
• By availing service, the client automatically discharge Sheba.xyz from any claims or legal liabilities other than stated in the ‘Terms & Conditions’ specified by Sheba.xyz
